Can anybody tell me where this coin is from?

A friend asked if I could help identify this coin for him. Was there a complete set of these or is it a single coin version only? Any help would be appreciated.

It may be a commemorative coin that came with a DVD set seen here.

This is the biggest image I can find, but it does look similar and the context seems correct.
