I don't know if this is off topic but here goes, I recently purchased 2 cases of 07-08 The Cup from a seller that is on ebay but I missed the auction so he agreed to send them to me if I sent the money via paypal. This was 2 weeks ago that I had sent him $3,600 through paypal and haven't seen money or cards yet. If anyone knows this ebay member *the*king*sportscards*inc*, can you help me out. I know his name but would rather not post it on here. If it's ok to put it on here let me know and I will post his name. He is located in Downey, CA. Last time I heard from him was August 1, and he asked if I prefer the cases or my money back. I asked for the money back and he said ok. That was 10 days ago. Please help. Thanks

I would just file a paypal claim.
If you give them all the details including your email attachments to/from the seller, I'd say the odds are in your favor for a refund...especially if you paid by credit card paypal.

It sure sounds like this seller is not very credible for a transaction of that nature.
I hope it works out!

Just an update on this. I have filed a claim with paypal and they have given "FIDEL OSUNA" until Aug 21 to respond to their email to him. They have frozen his paypal account and will refund me the full amount provided that he has not drained his account prior to the date the file was claimed. If so then Paypal will cover up to $2000. Which I guess is better then none. So again if any of you out there know this guy, please let me know if you can help. Thanks

I have bought over $10,000 of product from *the*king*sportscards*inc*. He is about 40 miles away from me and he delivers my products personally. The only contact I have for him is a e-mail address. He has never given me any problems with a transaction. I hope you can resolve your issue. If you like, I will send him a e-mail also.
