Just an update on this. I have filed a claim with paypal and they have given "FIDEL OSUNA" until Aug 21 to respond to their email to him. They have frozen his paypal account and will refund me the full amount provided that he has not drained his account prior to the date the file was claimed. If so then Paypal will cover up to $2000. Which I guess is better then none. So again if any of you out there know this guy, please let me know if you can help. ThanksAndrew
