I collect Danny Taylor, so I am always hunting ebay for the rare 1 of 1s that I don't have yet, and the UD Young Guns High Gloss. I came across this card today. I am thinking, it might be cards that some dude is printing from his home.

Yup, since that "set" is all the user is selling it would appear to be custom.
