Can no longer report shill bidding?

I just won a card that was beyond obvious a shill bid. Even the communication with the seller dictates that it's a shill bid. This one more than ever really struck a nerve with me, as the communication from the seller was beyond condescending. I went to report on eBay and it seems that they have measures in place to detect and no need to report?????

Bid up to my max, last min, to the dollar!!! by an account with ZERO feedback and 70% bidding activity with this seller.

Eat an NPB. eBay is a joke and has been for some time. I'm at the point where I mostly deal with BIN/BO and stay clear of high end auctions because of the shill bidding involved. The other side of it is that you bid your max and that max was reached, which will be the argument against taking an NPB.
