I will stop at a few retail stores (like Shoppers Drugmart) on the way home tonight. They may have stopped selling them at the Postal Outlet, but maybe they still have some of the P stamps at the cashier. :|

Rates don't go up until March, it's the "permanent" stamps they've stopped selling. That program didn't last very long (2006-2013).
I wish I had home delivery where I am but in reality a small number of Canadians have the privilege. It will hurt seniors and people with mobility issues the most.
