Approximately how much would it cost in USD to send a card (~50pt.) in a PWE (and toploader) to the US from Canada? Trying to work a deal, and think the seller is charging too much for shipping. Wants to charge $4 USD to ship in a PWE. That seems excessive, but figure I’d ask my Canadian brethren for assurance. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
