Had a call tonight from my local Canadian Tire store and apparently they will be doing a set of cards again this year. They will be done in the OPC style.Anyone one else can confirm this.

Can confirm that there is a new sku in our inventory (all it says is 18-19 hockey cards)
W shave a store eta of April 8th

FYI - I am a manager at Canadian tire in Ottawa. This is the first time I’ve seen this so it must be relatively new in inventory.

Will try and get a checklist today.

They still have a tonne of last years in stock. I’d be interested to see how much extra inventory will be pushed out now

Are you saying that stores still have last year's packs? I heard they pounded through all of it. Should I be asking my local stores?

Just do a search for Canadian Tire stores in your area looking for hockey cards. My local stores show just one pack. But a few other store that are within a 100km radius still show they have a few packs left.

There are still a few floating around at stores locally here... I think the most I saw in one of the Brampton stores was 570 packs left (I remember they had over 20,000 when it first came out). But your best bet if you're wanting some is to go on the CT website and search hockey cards, then look at your stores local to you to see if they have any. From what I can tell, you can't order on-line and have them shipped in - it's in-store inventory only.

Looking forward to see what this new set is all about.

So weird that it's left as a mystery up until release. Must be a Canadian Tire call as I would think that UD would want to push a checklist and promote the set to get the hype going.
