Caps buy Capfriendly...???

If you read the comments, they were saying that the site was the premier site that any GM was using, usually seen at the draft or in the background on computers in photos, or whatever.
The Caps buying it does 2 things: 1) takes the tool that everyone has vs everyone else away from them 2) creates a Cap(s) Friendly site they can now use with their namesake, expanding their online presence.
Yeah, 2 birds with one stone, but the article doesn’t really say what exactly they bought. It does state that capfriendly contracts are to be voided when the sale is completed, which could mean that agreements with capfriendly the company as it was is no longer valid. There should be a monetary value within the agreement for that. If they bought the name, but not the product, that would mean that the information and software can be reworked into another entity.

Look for something that doesn’t have the word “Cap” in the title but does the same thing in a few months. I would bet the peeps that had this site are in a hush mode until they can legally create something new after the deal is completed.
