Card Detectives needed....

Okay....

As I was going through my Rafalski's.
I totally forgot I had this card. But it's a bit baffling.
So I need some card detectives to help figure out
a card mystery!

1999-00 BAP Millennium Ruby 151 /1000
And
1999-00 BAP Millennium Ruby 151 4/10

The numbers can't be scratched or rubbed off I tried lol.. and there is no where on the card that its an expo or any other show card.
and there are no embossed markings.

Any Ideas? beside it's just an OOPS

Here's some numbers for you.

Per Beckett:

Ruby /1000
Emerald /10
Chicago Sun-Times /10

Maybe it's a Chicago card. Maybe they didn't put anything on the card.

definitly VERY odd... as the poster above me stated, the emerald is the only /10 in the set.

I definitely think it was supposed to be an Emerald card or a Show card. Weird, that's for sure.

I think all the show cards are stamped and numbered on the front like this:
