Card I can't ID...

I have a 10-11 Score card #99 of someone called Pogos Balyan, and I can't find any info about it at all. Anyone know what the deal is with this? Some store owner who got Panini to print them a card? Google search has let me down.

Most likely a custom made card from Score. Pogos used to do card shows here in LA when they were popular. Specialized in Hockey and was a LA Kings / Gretzky fan. Hence the #99 on his card.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I wonder if it was put in packs? I can't think of how else it got way out here in Calgary. Thanks!
