The best part of living in Newfoundland (worst part is how late games come on) is that you can be the first to open a product in Canada. Well that or you have to spend the rest of your day kicking yourself for opening such junk.
Here are my results. Wasn't too impressed with a few things I will point out. Might not go crazy on this product like I did last year.
Base/199 - Stamkos, H. Sedin, D. Sedin, Quick, Doan, Lidstrom, Hossa, Semin, Neely, Modano
Base/25 - Rinne, Grabner, Semin
Next up are the jersey cards. I don't like how they switched this up this year. i loved last year how they just had jerseys to go with the base cards. Plus the design is not great. Looks like a crappy Sp Game Used piece really.
Jersey/100 - Cammalleri, Boychuk, C. Smith, Dubinsky, M. Read, Hartnell, Couturier
Base Patch/25 - M. Kruger, A. Larsson, Pavelski
Now to the rookies. What I don't understand is if these are rookies? Why is the word rookie not on the card? Can't remember ever not seeing this since like 89 OPC and Topps.
Rookie Auto/199 - Joe Finley, Brad Malone, Mikko Koskinen
Rookie Auto Patch/199 - Not sure if the piece in the Craig Smith is actually anything. It honestly looks like a pierce of cardboard. It says on the back event worn material, but I have no idea what that could be. Just brutal.
Rookie Auto Patch SP/99 - Eric Gudbranson (redemption, of course)
Rookie Auto Patch Horizontal /Jersey Number
Jersey Pieces
Mammoth Jersey/50 - Brandon Sadd (all white. Sadd I know
)
Quad Jerseys/25 - Dallas (Morrow/Eriksson/Vincour/Sceviour - All Black swatches)
Complete Rookies/25 - Faulk. And what is with the no description on what each piece is. Are we supposed to know what a complete jersey is these days? For ebay people can say what they want I guess.
Crazy Eights/25 - Howe/Lafleur/Sakic/Lemieux/Roy/Bourque/Yzerman/Messier (stayed at the store for Mavericks owner. He collects Joe Sakic)
And this one. I guess all these guys get points. I love how last year they had 5 8 is enough pieces. Then this year they have 27 Crazy 8 Pieces. Thought it was a rare pull until I saw the checklist. Dang!!!

Peerless Patches/40 - Eric Lindros (redemption /25 and he is with the Flyers at least which is nice) and these.
Four peerless patches, two auto patches and 2 Crazy 8s. Not what I would call great variety for the case. Terrible case in my opinion. At least only 2 redemptions which is somewhat a miracle (of course it is September 28th and you would think there wouldn't be any redemptions this time of year).
All cards are for sale or trade for Teddy Purcell Rookies I don't have or Basketball HOFamers. Please include an offer if you are looking to buy, not just a "how much for this" pm.
