So, in a lot I just bought, there was a Panini Crown Royale Taylor Hall RC Silhouettes Jsy Auto /99 that is badly damaged. It looks like someone bent the card in half.

Do you guys think there is ANY way someone at Panini could get me a replacement, or something comparable? What should/can I say? Who do I talk to? I know it might be a stretch since it wasn't pulled that way (I'm assuming)... Anyone have experience with such a thing?

It is FS for now BTW, if anyone's interested.

Thanks!

Even if you pulled the card today it is likely far too long after the product release to get a replacement.
Throw in a third party transaction and I would say that you are on your own.

Good luck...that certainly stinks.

I doubt that they'd be willing to do such a thing. It's one thing if it's straight out of the pack like that; it's something else entirely if it's on its second or third owner and it was damaged in transition.

I can't see a replacement being an option at all. It just doesn't make for good business in my eyes.

good luck, hopefully the rest of the lot was good.

send it to someone to see they can make a sweet custom for you.

I was watching that auction and honestly it would not be fair if they did replace it. Fair to them, the seller and everyone else was bidding or could have bid on it.
