Yup, registered mail for sure. It's supposed to be for documents so don't fill out a customs form. Just bring the mailer to the PO and ask for registered mail

Just to add a bit more to that you should also request an AR card.It will be returned to you with proof that it was received and signed for.It use to cost about $1.65 but not sure about the cost lately.
