Clarification needed about running a COMC sale.

So, I am trying to move out a bunch of my COMC stuff to move the funds into other projects. I was going to run a sale.

Can anyone break down this COMC sale for me?

$1/10,000 items to set up + 1% of original asking price*
* The 1% is taken at the time of sale.

What does it mean by $1 / 10,000 items to set up?

Looks like you pay $1 for every 10,000 items you include in your sale, whether they sell or not. Then they take 1% of the original asking price if it sells. So, asking a buck, sells for 80 cents, you pay 1% of the buck.
