I agree with Aaron that it doesn't NEED to be graded. The obsession with grading is out of control right now. That said, getting this card graded makes more sense than about 90% of the cards I see people asking about on Facebook, LOL.
To answer your question though, surface is very important on these between scratches and finger prints. Other things to look for is cracks in the acetate (often near the edges) and ink chipping/scratching off.
