COMC problem ( store credit )

On Sunday I experienced a problem when trying to add store crdit on COMC .
The red button " proceed to checkout " does not work . Page loads for a second , than reverts back to where you can choose the amount you want to add .
No help from customer service so far . Has anyone experienced this before and has an idea how this can be solved ?

I believe it's an issue with their site. Was over the summer this happened. Comc has a live chat mon-fri 4pm CET-12amCET. That's the best way to get a hold of customer service

During those hours click the red support button in the bottom corner and live chat should appear. I'd also send them a reminder email and that usually will get them to respond.

Many ppl complain about comc customer service being tough to get a hold of and the website being glitchy
