comc to ebay?

I have sent a bunch of stuff from comc to ebay in the past, no issues. Today, I went to do the same and it kept telling me I needed to reprocess to elite. To reprocess to elite costs 2 dollars per card. Can you send to ebay without reprocessing to elite? Is reprocessing to elite the cost to send to ebay? Anyone know anything?
