Compendium coming back?

Too bad.

I'm guessing sales were bad, so they pulled it.

Biggest mistake they made with it, IMO, was getting rid of the free packs. When they had those, people were buying (and trading) it like crazy. Without them, it became really hard to level up the cards.... making it increasingly frustrating to collect, and (likely) less and less people buying.

Thats a bummer - it was a fun, cheap set with a giant checklist. I wonder what the reason for not making it is.

It seemed less popular last year. a lot of the prices haven't gone down as much as past years.

Really unfortunate for team collectors like myself.

It's like the rest of ePack, a giant money grab. ePack was an excellent idea to expand the hobby, but as soon as free packs went away, it lost much of its appeal and value.

Well, no Compendium this year... what about Parkhurst - is that going to be coming back for 2019-20?

I have not seen Parkhurst Previews on the UD1 checklist, and Parkhurst 18-19 blasters are in sale at 15CAD at Walmart now. It looks bad for Parkhurst 19-20. It's sad news, at 15CAD, it's a really fun break with a rookie in every pack.
