Hello,

I opened a blaster of Allure 22-23 last year, and there was an issue with the condition of the cards. Many had very thin horizontal lines in the surface of the back of the cards, when looking at them under a light. It would have been a very fun break if it wasn't of this issue, the front of the cards is pretty nice.

One year later, I'm opening a single blaster of 23-24 Allure, and bam, the same issue! Luckily, the Color Flow are not too affected, but most of the cards have these very thin lines in the surface of the back.

Am I the only one noticing this issue? Is it generalized with this product? It is sad, the product has the potential to be fun, and then there is this issue with the back of the cards. Covid is long gone, it is not an excuse anymore.

Why fix it if it ain't broke?

The QC fiasco in UD Extended 20-21 and UD1 21-22 was a great opportunity for me to reconsider my habits when it comes to opening wax. I open far less that I used to. I'm thinking of slowing even more, going for an annual OPC hobby box, some discounted megas of UD1 on black friday, and the few and far between legends product that catches my attention (the last was SP Legends Signatures).

It is crazy how things turned in this hobby in a few years.

I may try a box here and there but for the very, VERY most part, I stopped buying UD. It's as though they aren't even trying when it comes to QA. I see people pulling unsigned autos from SP Authentic and wonder how that even happens. Then when those people try to get the situation fixed, they're basically told to go pound sand. Top notch customer service.

Doesn't matter what I think, though. Complaints or no complaints, they'll sell out no matter what.
