Anyone ever break one of these? I'm considering it as a YouTube special and a Christmas present for myself (although I wouldn't be keeping anything, I don't think, except maybe the box). My price is frankly no better than D&A's, unless someone knows of one of these sitting somewhere at a better rate.

I've also considered doing this in a Houdini-style draft break, although I haven't figured out cost or anything like that.

Thoughts/snarky comments/suggestions/possible wants appreciated!

I joined in on a group break that Breakaway did when it came out. There were some issues with condition on a few cards but other that it was pretty crunk for the people who didn’t get shutout. Maybe check out that break, I can’t remember for certain how everything got sorted out.
I say do it. Dibs on the Benn card!

Stuff from that should sell very well. I am assuming that the majority of it has been opened and sitting in people’s PCs. These cards are hard to find.
 
If you do bust one, and happen to pull the Ranford auto parallel /10 - please LMK!

I've got a few cards from that set (Ranford base, auto'd booklet, and Ranford / Sakic auto'd bookley). They're beautiful cards.
 
I've got a bunch of cards from this set. It seems to be more of a "niche" release and it didn't really seem to catch on (I assume the high price tag had something to do with that). There are some really nice cards but also some that have no place in such a high end product ... and there are some sticker autos if that matters to you. If you do decide to break a box, let me know.
 
Ive been hunting for some cards from there as well, they are really nice. Agree with everyone else, let me know if you break it!
 
I think I will do this (assuming my source still has it available), but I'll wait until after Tim Hortons and Series I comes out. I'm going to get hammered for that stuff in the week or two after it comes out, so I won't have time to set up the break, etc. I'm thinking maybe first week of December. I'll post here when I solidify the date.

Wow that should be fun good luck Wayne! Still looking for the Benn cards from this release.
 
I think Gilbert Perreault has one card in the set - a triple auto with Bossy and Gartner. I would be interested if this card shows up.
