I bought a box of TriStar Hidden Treasures for football hoping I would get a really good graded card. I got a redemption for an autographed 16x20 Thurman Thomas plaque. It said the deadline to send it in was December 31, 2006. It said they would fulfill it within 10 business days. Does anybody know how long this company takes? Or just redemptions in general. This is my first redemption and I put it in a envelope that the post office has paid the shipping and sent it off in April. It's June and still no plaque. Can anybody tell me?

I agree with dherm360 on the Delivery Confirmation. Did you keep a copy of it for your records? Regardless contact company. Good luck.
