"Country Pricing" in the next Canadian federal budget

I think this would have been possible if it was a year or two ago.
With the decline of the CDN dollar in the past few months, i see this as a pipe dream.
 
They cut the tariffs and taxes on hockey equipment last budget, and I didn't see a damn thing change for Evelyn's equipment or mine. Just means more money in the pocket of the retailer.

Perhaps. In the end the Canadian retailer can charge whatever they want for a product I suppose. Still, it would be nice not to have to deal with the "$19.99 US / $29.99 CAN" pricing pre-printed on retail boxes.
