The sheer value of this complete set is so large that you would have to list it at a pretty absurd price to avoid low-balling yourself. The trouble is that you will have a tough time finding a buyer who is A) interested in acquiring the entire set & B) has the money to buy the whole set. It would be a lot easier to sell the big name cards because those will certainly sell, especially with the current hobby climate.
Personally, if I took the time, effort, and money to build a set as remarkable as the one you have, I wouldn't want to break it up either. I just don't think you are ever going to get full value if you sell the set in one transaction.
