Crosby and ovy rc values for insurance

My insurance wants a little of my cards worth over $250. Just putting this out there to see if I'm on point for value, or way out to lunch. Here is the list of cards and values.

I would buy Ovie MVP Gold at $1500 in a heartbeat, I'd insure higher then that.

And your Ultra Golds are worth more then that IMO (couple hundred more each).

I'm not even sure how much they would give me, for the stuff or how they would find out the value... personally I would rather take a replacement then the money. And the mvp gold is so hard to value that because of how few were made.
As a side note, I would trade it for a victory gold in a heart beat, either ovy or crosby. I'm trying to put a set together of those.
