Crosby Cup Rookie Fake Patch listed on eBay

The cup rookie patch listed by Probstein is a fake patch. Just so you know. It’s 15/99 and innthe archive photos you can see it used to be a single colour black patch.

I contacted Probstein and his answer was he wanted proof, I then sent proof to Probstein about the card having a fake patch, I even sent him a link from when the card was sold on Goldin auctions with full discloser that the Patch was switch, the auction is still up

You report it to ebay. Perhaps their "authentication service" people would like to know.
