Crosby jersey Found in a mailbox

just read in the Journal de Motnreal

that a postal worker found the stolen jersey in a mailbox in Lachute,Quebec.

He contacted Hockey Canada about it and later some detectives from the montreal police departement retreived the jersey.

there was also a note on the jersey with a clipping from newspapaer talking about the jersey and also the phone number of hockey Canada

thats a good thing hopefully thell put back the other jersey in auction so that it can raised money for charity

It's good that they seem to have found it, (stil being authenticated last I heard)
It's bad that they won't get the person who would steal from the kid.
I mean, sure, Crosby's likely going to be richer than the average bear, but still, stealing from a 17 yr old? weak.

At least it's going to get given back, and like you say, the other can be tossed back up on ebay and raise some money.
If only Beauchemin's puck could be found.

Well they still arent 100% sure, but I think that will turnout to be the jersey. The artcile on TSN was also stating how the jersey was stolen at the Montreal airport.
And as Phil stated hopefully they can track down the puck, but I have doubts that will happen.
