Crosby Jersey Stolen!!!!!

[jlemire]

Well I think there might be 1 more bidder on the Crosby jersey on Ebay and it could be Sidney himself. His Jersey from the gold medal game went missing from his bag went he went home after the gold medal game. Hmmmmm lets wait to see if there's a SCrosby or sidneyc bidding!!!!!!! but honestly what are the chances he buys it back?????

If it were to show up on ebay i would think he'd have a good chance of getting it back without having to bid. The authorities would get involved and investigate the seller.

No I was talking about the Jersey on Ebay right now (the Hockey Canada one). I don't think someone would be dumb enough if they stole the jersey from his bag to put it on Ebay I'm guessing it'd be sold black market.

I doubt it. I'm sure the Red one will turn up or someone's head will roll.

I don't really see how Air Canada can say it didn't happen on their watch. Pretty sad for Sidney though.

I wish Hockey Canada still gave the player's other jersey back to their home minor hockey association to put up in their rinks though. I remember seeing Tyler Wright's in Kamsack and thinking that it was the coolest thing ever. Money to be made I guess.

Doug Mientkiewicz has it, and he's not letting go.

They took the white one off ebay, even with a $20,000 bid on it, so that he could have at least one.

First thing I thought when I read that today was "I wonder if they asked him if he wanted it first?" I never had an experience like that but I certainly wouldn't feel good taking $20K away from charity to have something to look at on my wall.
