Definitely not moisture damage as the card still has it's gloss and no bubbling, it looks like it's from the printing. I work in the printing industry and when things are being "made-ready" the plates would have various liquids on them and the first sheets are thrown away until the proper colour is achieved. This looks like it may have be caused by that. Another possibility is a low-spot in the printing blanket, that also can cause lighter printing.My best,Ken
