Customer Service Inquiries

Hey guys,

I have an idea for a new article in The Insider's Edge, and want to "rate" the customer service departments of the different card companies. Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with Rittenhouse, Inkworks, Breygent, Dynamic Forces, Topps, Razor, etc.? Please let me know. Obviously I have TONNES of stories about UD's CS department. Thanks!

No ITG on the list? I have delt with them when some of my Ultimate cards had the nameplate with the ultimate number slip in the holder. Spoke to them they got me to print a copy of our emails and put them in with the cards and send them back. 3 weeks later cards were back with me and in perfect condition! Whatmore can I say other than perfect!
