Damaged redemption recieved from ud the cup

I just got a package in the mail for a sundin LL from this years cup, nice patch and sig, but the patch window is damaged.

Anyone have a more direct way to get UD to replace this redemption?

I've always emailed [email protected] and gone that route. That's what I had to do when I was shorted my autographs in a box of SPA. They'll give you a case number based on a return.

Call 1 800 873 7332
You'll need to provide a scan of card and package (possibly) to get a case number.
Also mention the redemption code while speaking to a customer agent.
Once you have a case number, you'll have return the card to UD.
