I don't have a read to bore you with on this one but noticed at the bottom of the ticker on ESPN during the maryland v. duke game that he had been cleared of charges in the sex boat incident!!! really not sure why I am posting this but maybe a miami fan in here. jason

I saw this coming. But did you notice that the other player that filed the same motion to have it dismissed was denied. Wonder why?
