Hey folks,
Here's the last of my backlog of mail months.
Let's start off with sets that I'm working on
00/01 Pacific Titanium Game Gear JS Giguere (Purple/Grey swatch)
- the set is coming together nicely, I'm finished the Game Gear Sticks (January arrival) finally, and now can concentrate on getting the jersey but with multi coloured swatchs
00/01 Topps Premier Plus Game Pieces Maxim Balmochnykh (Green/White swatch)
- down to the last very few cards for the set, but I've picked up different swatches when I see them because I'm like that.
00/01 Upper Deck SPX Ruslan Fedotenko 0019/1500 and Marc-Andre Thinel (White/Yellow/Black swatch)
- As some of you may now, I'm working on two sets of the /1500s, one with serial numbers between 0001/1500 and 0050/1500 and another between 1451 and 1500/1500. This Fedotenko replaced 0040 (I think it was). As above, I've been working on multi colored swatches for the jerseys and this is my 3rd copy but the best split of all 3 colours of the 3 i have.
03/04 ITG VIP Rookie Debut Dustin Brown
- Always looking for VIP Rookie Debuts, if you have any available - please let me know.
03/04 Topps Pristine Mini Matt Stajan
- added this set to my wantlist a few months ago and making some headway towards finishing it.
03/04 Topps Pristine Patch Simon Gagne and Justin Williams
- as above, but doing a bit better with the set. Only looking for non-white swatches.
10/11 Pinnacle City Lights Jersey Andy Greene, Auto Tuuka Rask and Prime Mikael Backlund, Mike Fisher and Mike Green
- Jersey set, looking for non-white and with the primes, looking for 2 colour (some primes are one colour). Disappointed with the design of the set, would've loved to see different players on the same team use different photos or have the jersey/auto and primes use different photos. Seems a bit lazy to me to have the same 30 photos recycled over and over.
Vancouver Giants Grads 11/12 Crown Royale Jonathan Blum
- just need a Lance Bouma Cup when they get made and then I can decide which 11/12 rookies are the best RCs - think Blum Crown Royale, Bouma Dominion and Vincour Cup - but at this time I have the multiples until I sit down and decide.
Canucks Rookies
96/97 Pinnacle Foil Steve Staois
- my acquisition of this is on Andy. I blame him for putting the bug in my ear that these might be different enough to be consider RCs/XRCs in some fashion. {Andy may have been convinced by Dave R, so I may have to blame him as well} *shakes fist* Darn you both.
08/09 BAP Rookie Redemption Jersey Sergei Shirokov (Green/White/Blue swatch)
- sexy swatch upgrade from my old White/Blue which is available.
08/09 Upper Deck Jason Garrison
- my last pick up for the Garrison rookies - now that he's played I'll have to move him into the binder.
11/12 Panini Dominion Zack Kassian (Yellow/White/Black swatch) and 11/12 Upper Deck The Cup Zack Kassian (Yellow/White/Black swatch)
