Hey all. I am thinking about busting some wax but want some input on what I should bust. I have 3 options.

1) pack of dominion
2) 4 boxes of 10/11 BTP
3) 25 box case of 07/08 BTP Arena

All of which are similar in price, so I am wondering what do you think would be the best route? I think they all have their advantages. I would love to hear your thoughts. I'm leaning towards Dominion or the 4 boxes of BTP.

It's crazy a 25-box case can cost the same as a pack.
You'll get a lot more enjoyment out of the boxes. Go with the case.

Or a case of Score and a mortgage payment.

The Arena version don't yield a lot of hits I'd hesitate between option 1 and 2 to be honnest.

I looked into the Arena versions - I didn't know they were so lame. haha. That helps narrow it down to 2 options. Thanks for the comments so far!

True. But consider 2 things (general, not specific):

- 25 boxes will be hours of breaking, not seconds.

- If there's a case hit, you're guaranteed a case hit, and probably a few nice autos/GU pieces that you can probably make your $$ back on if nothing else. With Dominion, you could pull the 1/1 Crosby, or you could pull a 45/300 Hartnell. Yes high risk high reward, but hugh risk high loss too.

I don't think arena versions have casehits. Or am I wrong??

I think autos were 1 per 2 arena boxes. And, no GU???

OR

Buy the case of Arena and donate the commons to the Toronto Card Show. Frank will sort them and hand them out to the kids who attend the show.

I don't know about the BTP, but for the H+P arena (same year), you got 1 auto for every 2 boxes and 1 GU for every 3 (on average). But, the GU were only limited to the top prospects jerseys, no numbers/emblems/special duo cards/etc.

Not sure if BTP was the same, and I've never heard anything about 'case hits' in those.

Dominion...sorry, but the Arena case won't get you much - think of them as "Retail" In The Game...not many hits in those.
