Did I miss out on this Crosby rc

I'm no expert, but I would say that seems like a fair if slightly high price. Certainly doesn't seem too low though, as if you missed out on a deal.

Where do you come up with your valuation? No comparable. For me personally I would rather have the ruby /100 ungraded than a psa 10 regular bd rc. They are going for low 2000s right now.

Parallels don’t seem to get as much action as the base version typically. I would agree with cygnusx1.

Well i have a thing for the parallels. Especially the lower end stuff like victory, mvp, beehive and ultr.im always looking for that stuff.

If you place a higher valuation on it due to personal interests, then it is worth whatever you want. It seemed like you were looking for opinions on actual value

With collectors from the other sports finding their way into hockey, that's not true anymore... and I'm quite happy about that. I love parallels, (though not when it's overdone like Artifacts with 200 different variations) and I'm glad hockey is catching up.

I have Crosby's Fleer Ultra Gold Medallion RC coming in next week for my PC, I think it's a bigtime sleeper and the nicest looking Crosby RC there is. Can NOT wait for that mail day.

I like my parallels too. However parallel rookie cards are not considered true rookie cards. Even Canvas Young Guns can go for as little as 110% of what the original version is even though they are so much rarer.
