Im curious if UDS1 this year has both the exclusive and HG in both French and English.

No, it would be either one or the other. A printing mistake printed the High Gloss parallels as either an English version or a French version for a particular player (dependant on if their card # was an even or odd #), but not both versions.
For example, I know the Carter Hart HG Parallels are in French. So that would mean all 10 would have the same French text.

Yeah the Odd Set Numbered cards (1,3,5,7...) are only in English it seems
the Even Set Numbered cards (2,4,6,8...) seem to be in French only
the Even Set Numbered cards (2,4,6,8...) seem to be in French only
