I have just started to make my new website but my question is this: Do others websites do well with traffic??? Not really sure how to get others to see it. Any advice is appreciated. My new website is in my signature, check it out and I still have a lot to add.

Nothing to do with websites, but I noticed your Beehive auto of Ray Gariepy. Ray was quite a successul businessman in Barrie Ontario. He owned Simcoe Building Materials which for years has been one of the main sources of construction materials in the area. Just thought I'd point that out.
Cheers.
Dan.
PS, pretty decent hockey player as well I/ve heard.

I have had a website for many, many years. I have it to display cards, either that are in my collection, or to maintain a list that I am looking for. I enjoy messing around with PHP and MySQL, and I like having control over how things are displayed. To be honest, I have never looked at my access logs to see how much traffic there is. I see you have more of a blog interface, which is more for repeated returns as it is in a digest format.

i've had a website since 2018 and it does fairly well. I've snagged a handful of rare cards from people stumbling upon my website through random Google searches. It works!

Dan,
Yes I have read and seen his stats he was a good player but he would have to be, being a Bruin and all, LOL. Thanks for the info about him as I did not know that. Does that building company still exist today???

Yes I did one page as a blog format and the others are just basic. I plan on adding photo's of the bigger names players I was thinking of all players but still not sure about that.

That is what I want for people to find my website and offer me cards that I need hence my wantlist. But not sure how to do that, still learning.

Ray Gariepy was a bone crushing defenseman for the Boston Bruins and he had a nickname of Rockabye Ray. Was a solid d-man.
