I sent in a quad auto awhile back that was damaged. They told me yesterday that they couldn't fix or replace the card after they had it 2 months. They asked for a list of what players I liked. I sent them a list and they came back with an offer of 2004 Playoff Contenders Rookie Ticket Auto of Steven Jackson. Since he books at 120 and it is a SP, I took the offer.
