Looking forward to it. Not sure why they had to prime time this. I like getting up early and watching it. Not happy it conflicts with the Flyers/Pens game either. But I'll be glued to both nonetheless.

Hoping the Saints land Malcolm Jenkins

Well you can be happy that the Saints got the guy you wanted. Im not too sure on my 49ers getting Crabtree but hoping he pans out for us as a playmaker to go with Bruce and Morgan.

Very interesting draft. Saw some guys fall well below where expected. Happy to land Jenkins as he was my want player the whole time. Nice for your Colts as well Ron.

I just hope that the panthers stink it up next year so my 49ers get a good slot for that round 1 pick. The more I hear Crabtree talk though the more I think he could be a decent player for us. Congrats on the picks there Rammstein but Im still wondering why the colts drafted another running back. They have Addai and Hart (although didnt do much last year.) Was the loss of Rhodes really that big of a loss for them?

The Colts drafted another RB because Addai and Hart have had trouble staying healthy and they needed a reasonable backup. The Big East Player of the Year should fill that void nicely and if he really pans out, Addai could be going the way of Faulk and Edge.

As for Crabtree, the Niners got an absolute STEAL at #10. He should have gone no lower than #7 to the Raiders, but I'm thoroughly convinced Al Davis is actually dead and now being operated Weekend-at-Bernie's-style by monkeys on acid. Crabtree will be a great player and will make whoever ends up being your starting QB look better than he is.

Well it shouldnt be hard making any of our Qb's look better as they cant look much worse. Although last year was better. As llong as Crabtree follows in Owens footsteps when he was learning from Rice then he should be a great player. Seemed like as soon as Rice left Owens opened his mouth. Crabtree already has some talk about his extravegence so it worries me a bit but hopefully Bruce can keep that down.

Patriots seem to be doing good. picked up a bunch of Defense. Hopefully Chung and Butler can step right onto the field. Also traded Ellis Hobbs to the Eagles for 2 picks. He was a good return man but horrible in coverage. now the Eagles have both players who cost us the super bowl.

Was anyone surprised by how far Rey Maualuga seemed to fall in the draft? The Bengals got him for a steal at 38, and I'm not sure how many teams seemed to pass on him - even those that seem to need a prospect LB to step up. Seemed a bit of an upset when the Chargers passed on him at 16 or even the Patriots who had a wealth of opportunities to pick him up too. I'm also not sure how Laurinaitis came before him either.

I think I might like hating the Browns more than liking the Bills. It's just too much fun. Hearing Eric Mangini get PWNED by Texas Tech coach Mike Leach was funny.

FYI: apparently, Browns camp called Crabtree a diva, to which Mike Leach basically said "no diva in him. Michael is a more sucessful wide receiver at this stage in his career than that guy is as a coach."
