Dropping my Burks collection- what do you think?

Hey guys I have decided to drop my collection. I have realized that Burks really isnt going to be worth much card wise, and its costing me too much to keep buying all of his cards. I am just going to sit on all the cards I have of him right now, and sell when he becomes a starter. I'm going to focus on my baseball set collections. Thanks everyone who helped me out with the collection.

I'm going to start collecting Topps Heritage BB,Topps and Bowman Chrome BB, and thats mainly it. I will mainly focus on baseball, but if i have the money at the time I might collect basketball. I am actually missing a few cards from my 03/04 BKB TOpps Chrome set. Maybe you can help me out?

You gotta do what you gotta do. It happens when you collect rookies. Forget about that baseball crap though (j/k). Pick out a semi-established player and collect his stuff. Try Rashard Lewis; he's a greta player and I don't know anyone who exclusively collects his stuff. He still has potential to either go up or down in value because he came in out of high school (would've been an 02-03 rookie if he went through college, and probably the #1 or #2 pick depending on his hype against Yao's).
