E-Bay's new shipping to Canada Option?

Started getting notices from E-Bay about their new shipping option to Canada, it doesn't say how much the savings are but states it is cheaper. Has anyone here used it yet? I'd like to reprice my Canada shipping but unsure what to charge, any savings at this point would be helpful.

If you received an email from them, you can click on the "See How" icon and it will give an overview of the pricing although in typical Ebay fashion, reading the fine print is needed. Looks like the minimum for under 6 ounces is $10.
