Hi there,
So a close friend of mine lost access to his account here and on e-pack ages ago. He says he has some nice cards on e-pack but whenever he e-mails UD E-pack e-mail from his new e-mail(doesn't have access to his old one) no one answers his e-mail back.
He knows that there is little hope but he was wondering if someone here may have an UD customer service contact to e-mail about the E-pack(He can provide order details like where his address was and what his e-mail was at the time and everything) He just doesn't have access to the e-mail used for his old e-pack account or his HI account.
Any help would be appreciated,
