Hi All, Im slowly getting back into the Hobby over the past few years being very selected and decided to move my unwanted cards and decided to try my hand in eBay again. after selling a few things i realized the shipping labels that I was getting through Ebay was almost double then what I originaly charged on the item. At first it was like $1-$1.50 difference so I didnt think much of it but today I sold a card that I charged originally $6 for shipping but when I go to print my shipping label it came up to $14. After talking with Customer service its because they have not removed an option in their shipping options because its no longer available.

SOOOOOO my question is, does anybody else use something else outside of eBay or is that still the go to in most cases?

(im sorry if this is in the wrong spot, admins can move this)

COMC, Facebook groups, Instagram, this site.

It's tough to compete with the eBay juggernaut because of global reach and the number of eyes, though.

I just have everything on COMC and have them cross post to eBay through their store. I lose a bit more off the top, but I don’t have to deal with any eBay crap and it gets all of the eyes on it. I haven’t used their auction service but understand it’s best worth it for cards $50+.

mycardpost.com

is a newer site so it has less traffic (but growing), but I like the site and been using it the last 6 weeks or so.

I sent my first lot to COMC not long ago. Considering the time needed to deal with eBay transactions and the price of gas to go to the post office, I thought it was worth a try. I am curious to see how things will go!

im a year or so in (or is it 2?) but im also up to 2600 in sales of cards that never made my ebay sale list . ie too low value too many other cards that should have been listed ahead of them!

Love it!
