Hello Hi members
I have something i want to discuss about.
I dont know if im in the right section and if anyone will find usual talking about it ?
I am selling cards every months and more
Everytime im selling, its about 50-100 items all in auctions, there is always someone, and really just 1 person chargebacking me, almost every sell i do.
Its obvious its a scam everytime, i know im legit, i know my items are very well packages and the adress visible.
So why 99 persons on 100 have received items and not that one member ?
What appeal do we have to reverse a non-received claim ?
Why does Ebay do not put a claim counter on every members pages ?
1- how many times you opened a claim for non-received items
2- how many times you had a case for non-payment that been close or not.

Why cant the seller have some informations, that are more important than the feedback to know about your buyers.
There some people with 300 feedback, 100%, but they claiming a non-received item every 10 items, but no seller can be aware of them cause the information is private.

Ebay is disgusting me, i cant stand ebay taking automaticly the side of some random buyers with 10 feedbacks over a Powerseller selling stuff all year long and paying exorbiting fees.

Why dont the community in Hobby dont boycutt that site and why is there no hobby auction style website well administrated that everyone could use, with the complete informations about every seller or buyers, with a politic that roots for both parties ?
Im about to sign a petition for ebay to revise the dumb Buyer protection policy.
I mostly never buy on ebay, im mostly selling, and selling stuff there is like waiting standed on a chair with a rope around the neck, waiting for the seller to push the chair.
Ebay has to understand you cant charge 12$ shipping cost for 20$ and minus cards to have a tracking and insurance, cause if you do that, you will never sell a thing, and they wont make money !

Sorry i had to talk about it !
Thanks for reading
Jay

You're preaching to the choir, brother. Every couple months or so we get one toolbag who says he didn't get his stuff. Right -- everyone else got theirs, but you didn't.

Unfortunately, eBay is so entrenched right now you have to live with their rules. We're opening a new eCommerce site in a month and moving the vast majority of our cards there, and I try to do as much business as I can here on HI.

Other than that? You're boned.

WHat are the price on the items being charged back? The only way around a charge back is some proof of delivery through tracking....It is not worth the price when sending out of the country if the item is cheap....Perhaps trying to sell lots that might sell for 100.00 but that is not realistic. I don't sell in bulk so I don't believe I have had a charge back
