Uhmmm...I've graded a bunch of stuff and....all my stuff comes in an actual slab and has the grade on it. But I guess a rare graded 9.5 with an invisible slab would be a 1/1? He should have put that in the listing too!!

I mean...c'mon on! To list it as a 9.5 and then in the ad say has the 'potential' to be graded...that is some severe ebay douchebaggery! But makes sense though...reading the neutral and negative feedback...this guy also sells stuff and pretends it is stolen because it sold too cheap!

Funny, but at the same time...you might want to avoid the headache buying from this guy!

heres my favorite part

"This card has the potential to be graded - in absolutely perfect shape (sharp corners/straight from pack to penny sleeve/top loader/team bad."

but the picture is obviously not in that penny sleeve/top loader/team bad he speaks of

I know its funny but...usually don't ICE /99 cards grade really well? The ones I've seen pulled through packs did seem almost perfect.

Probably just a hobbyist knowing it well grade well.

No, no, he got the team bad part right. :owned:

Or a hobbyist thinking it will grade well, but really having no way of knowing for sure. I have plenty of cards taht would grade well, but I'm not going to advertise a grade in any listing because it's speculation.

It's completely amateurish.

Depends which way your perspective is coming from. As a seller, he probably tried to hit many "key words" to draw attention to his auction. Such as, "9.5"... oh wait...he revised it...

Yeah, at least it wasn't as bad as adding "Hall, Eberle, Tavares, Stamkos" in the item sub-description!

I see what you mean, he's taken that part out - really, his offense wasn't that bad compared to others I've seen. And that's still a nice card.
