I list most of my cards for $0.99 - $2.99 or what ever I would be happy to get with one bid. If it doesn't sell I relist it as a BIN for that amount.
The only ones I list as BIN/BO would be the cards I am not 100% sure on. I list them at what I have seen something similar go for and let people decide if it is a good price or let me know what is fair.
I just find it harder to get anything I need anymore.
