Ebay free listings that are rolling over today or new listings

Just noticed something,have some of my freebies left from the Promotion going on that ends tonight. Items that I let roll over today and new listings I intended on put up to use them all are being charged to my account as I seen my fee's spiked. Looked at my account/fees and on US roll-overs i was being charged US $0.40 per listing and on .ca $0.34 Cdn.,just a heads up,last night everything was fine. Called e-bay (getting harder to get a # for them) they are aware that it's happened as apparently I wasn't first to call,they say I will get refund,will believe it when I see it,so guess what I have left will go dormant as not taking chance of getting another $20 US added to my bill

I thought we are supposed to be getting 200 free listings per month starting today.

Got mine yesterday + got credits for the ones I got charged on Friday night.
