Heres the question. When I sell on ebay, I usually take paypal as the only payment option. How much do think this hurts the ending price. Just got tired of non payments and the hassle of cashing money orders.

Opinions welcome
John

John - The fact that you are ACCEPTING Paypal is the upside in itself. Most of the serious eBayers have Paypal and prefer to use it. You are only at a disadvantage if you do NOT accept Paypal. Just my $0.02

John, I am a powerseller, and I would say 1/3 to 1/2 of the sales I make are to people who send Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cash. If you are trying to maximize your sales, limiting the number of bidders or bids is not the answer. If you have an ebay store and are trying to sell things at a BIN price then only using Paypal is OK, but if you are starting auctions with low opening bids and expecting the market to drive the price up to "Market Value", It is never smart to limit the number of potential bidders. Just my opinion, but I have tried everything to maximize my sales, and the more payment options, the better. If you have any questions send me a PM. Hope this helps. Mike
