your best option would be to package the item up and take it to your local post office and have them weigh it and give you an estimate.

It really depends on the weight but I believe the standard rates are something like this...
3.80 for 1-100 G
6.40 for 100-200 G

look for any country from Europe, it will be same ... on envelopes to my Slovakia is shipping around 2-3$ from US

I live in Sweden if you send some thing in a regular envelope you can get away with $1 but if you gonna send som cards you have to pay $2-4. But I guees this dosent help you...since you gonna send the other way around. but just check with you postoffice or on the website...
