Does The Recently Inserted Eichel SP Authentic Signed Version considered Jacks Rookie Card or the Unsigned Version?

To me, only the unsigned really is. The signed version was made three years later. That's not a rookie card.

His signed FWA's will command a premium no doubt, and it's understandable why, but to me it isn't a true rookie card. The unsigned version is.

collect what you like, don't let a guide (that no one uses) or other people's opinions dictate what you want/like.

There are too many variations and 'rules' nowadays with cards. For simplicity sake I consider any rookie year (year on the back of the card) to mean a rookie (foregoing true rookie vs. rookie insert), at least the way I deal with the issue.

As for the eichel, UD has written 2015-16 on the back it it, whether or not it was created back then for a release after his signing contract with leaf ended remains debatable.

Yeah. If I collected FWA’s I would get the signed version. Everything says 15-16 on the card, even the copyright.

The copyright says 2019. Check the bottom back of the card.

It does say 2015-16 SP Authentic, but not as copyright.
